A big thanks to all the foods classes that helped bake over 300 sugar cookies for the Community Christmas Dinner. The children that came that night were delighted to sit down and decorate some Christmas cookies! You helped make the night so special for so many! Thank you!
Students were given options today in their stir fry. They had to pick a 'carb' of different types of noodles or rice, several veg, tofu for protein and a sauce. Students first learnt how to 'season' a wok before they 'chopped chopped' and voila...a healthy meal was born!
