Well I had to meet the students half way. The challenge was to make a cookie that was somewhat healthy for you and actually tastes good. Of course money always come into play :). The result was this recipe with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, oatmeal, whole wheat flour, coconut and wheat germ. For the negative was too much sugar and I couldn't switch chocolate chips to raisins for the picky ones in class ( but I at least halved the amount :). Result was an approval rate of 100percent.
