Pizza is a constant struggle at school with the abundance of cheap pizza joints around the school. The challenge was to make a pizza that could be fairly healthy for you and taste good. Success was reached! Students made a whole wheat dough with some adding herbs to their dough and a variety of vegetables were added. Students were given the choice to make thin, thick or stuffed crust and some even made crazy bread with left over dough. Sorry no pics as I forgot the iPad that day:(.
