This past week, students were responsible for finding and preparing an appy, main course and a desert to complete within a 100 minute block. All food was to be prepared by the students which meant that breads and sauces had to be made from scratch as well. The students had the choice to work alone, in pairs or to a max of four students. The results are shown below! Since this was a final exam, students were given NO HELP during the preparation.A big congrats to all students that took part in the three Foods and Nutrition 9/10 classes.

Today we made 6 different types of curry. We added an international flavour with Japanese, Thai, Indian, Malaysian, South African, and Jamaican curries.
Students got to pick the country they wanted to research and away the students went. The students (depending on the size of the group) had to prepare a drink, a main dish and either an appy or a desert. Try to guess which pictures is from each country!
