Today we had a 'use it up' class where we rummaged through the fridge and used up leftover food. The result was using endives as the spoon/ plate/chip/wrap and a concoction of veg, rice and sauces. Students also got a chance to try some foreign fruits such as dragon fruit, star fruit and longans.

Today, the 9/10 class started 'presenting their food'. Appologies to the other four groups who I forgot to take pictures of.
Made chow mein today with various veg. We all had a good laugh with the novice chopstick skills of certain students. Chopsticks are a great way to slow down the speed of your eating but with some students, it required a wee bit too much time. Cheating members of the class that tried to sneak a fork were punished with the 'late dishes'
